Made up of Wirtgen, Vögele, Hamm, Kleemann, and Benninghoven, the Wirtgen Group offers customers mobile machine solutions for road construction and rehabilitation, plants for mining and processing minerals or recycling material, and for asphalt production. The five brands, when used together, cover the entire road construction cycle, from processing, mixing, paving, compacting, and rehabilitating.

The Hagie story is one of innovation and insight. Ray Hagie was driven to reduce inefficiencies and find a better way, leading him to focus on spraying solutions for crops. In 1947, his problem-solving passion produced the world’s first self-propelled sprayer. This revolutionary breakthrough brought with it increased sales, factory expansions, and an international market.  Hagie continues to produce high clearance sprayers and detasselers.

Founder Juan Carlos Pla established Argentina’s first grain elevators at shipping ports before manufacturing its signature product, the high-chassis sprayer. By 1978, PLA manufactured Latin America’s first self-propelled sprayer followed by the auto-trailer system (1993) and the world’s first “automatic pilot” sprayer (1999). PLA manufactures planters and sprayers.

Farmers at heart, the family built a reputation as passionate innovators and visionaries in the continuous evolution of solving customer problems and meeting demand. Mazzotti manufactures self-propelled sprayers in Italy.

For more than 75 years Monosem, has been delivering quality precision vacuum planters and cultivators to more than 80 countries worldwide. Since 1945, Monosem’s history is dotted with continuous product innovations. Long considered the leader of the French precision planter market, Monosem has taken its products globally with about 70 percent of its production now being exported.  The Kansas City, Kansas, branch focuses on the North American specialty crop market.

Since 1980, A&I Products has become a leading manufacturer and wholesale distributor of aftermarket replacement parts for the agricultural, turf, and industrial equipment markets. With its roots as a small machine shop and repair facility, A&I Products made the transition by manufacturing new parts to replace those that were identified as commonly needing repair. Now A&I Products offers over 160,000 different part numbers across numerous applications.

It’s been called “software for savvy farmers” – those who treat their farms as a business year-round.

Bear Flag Robotics' mission is to increase global food production, while decreasing the cost of growing food through machine automation. The company makes autonomous technology for agricultural tractors, increasing safety, reliability, and profitability on farms. Bear Flag Robotics started in 2017 in Silicon Valley by co-founders Aubrey Donnellan and Igino Cafiero. Donnellan and Cafiero's relationship with John Deere started with the John Deere Startup Collaborator program in 2019 and the acquisition was announced in 2021.
