John Deere Participates in Krishi Vasant – 2014
It was a significant brand enhancement opportunity for John Deere India as it showcased its product range and agriculture solutions, during the mega event sponsored by Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India and ICAR (Indian Council of Agriculture Research), showcasing various technologies and innovation in agriculture sector. The event was inaugurated by honorable President of India, Shri. Pranab Mukherjee. While appreciating the progress India has made in agriculture, he laid emphasis on improving the access of farmers to market in order to control inflation, reduce losses and increase farmer incomes.
John Deere displayed tractors, the sugarcane harvester CH 330, the grain harvester W50, Green System products and showcased the JD Financial solutions at the exhibition. The new sugarcane and grain harvester were the center of attraction at the exhibition. The John Deere pavilion was visited by ministers, government officials, farmers, academia from across pan India.

Over the last 14 years, John Deere has constantly improved its market presence by bringing products and solutions that has proven beneficial to the farming communities. It also has Technology & Innovation Center at Pune Maharashtra.
